Abstract Helminths are endoparasites that infect a variety of bird species. Endoparasite infections can cause severe diseases, including kill captive avian hosts and represents problem to maintenance conservation. Eggs nematode (Positive/N) identified as Ascaridia spp. Brotogeris chiriri (2/2), Dromaius novaehollandiae (1/1) Rhea americana (2/2); Ascarididae Pavo cristatus nigripensis (1/1); Capillaria Ara chloropterus Penelope jacucaca plagiaticia Anodorhynchus hyacinthinus (1/2) venusta Rhamphastus tucanus (1/2); unidentified Amazona amazonica (2/2). Eimeria oocyst was founded A. (1/2). Considering birds, Diphyllobothrium Ardea alba (2/2) Nycticorax nycticorax (2/3). Co-infection Eustrongylides This first of: parasitizing B. chiriri; C. R. tucanus. In conclusion, helminth found abovementioned species consistent with those reported literature, treatment control protocols identification.
